1. The service
MERXION SOLUTION S.R.L. provides access to the Merxion Management web service (merxion.management) — tasks, checklists, documents and team communication. The service is provided on a subscription basis and delivered over the internet; no physical goods are shipped.
2. Price
The first three seats in a company are free — permanently, with no time limit and no reduced functionality. Each additional seat costs 5 US dollars per month; paying for a year costs ten months instead of twelve. You may pay in Moldovan lei, euro or US dollars: amounts in lei and euro are calculated at the official National Bank of Moldova rate on the payment date; the rate and its date are shown before you confirm and are stored with the order.
3. How payment works
Payment is made by Visa or Mastercard on the secure page of BC “Moldova Agroindbank” S.A. (maib). Card details are entered on the bank's side and are never transmitted to or stored on Merxion Management servers. There are no automatic recurring charges: every renewal is confirmed by you.
4. Delivery
Paid seats are unlocked as soon as the bank confirms the payment, usually within minutes. The paid term starts on the payment date, or — if you renew early — at the end of the current paid period, so paid days are never lost.
5. Refunds
If the service was not delivered (access did not open) or a payment was made in error, the full amount is refunded to the same card upon request to [email protected]. Periods of the subscription already used are not refundable. The time it takes for the refund to appear is set by your card issuer and is usually up to 30 days.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time: the subscription does not renew automatically — simply do not pay for the next period. Full access remains until the end of the paid term plus seven days. After that the company becomes read-only: the data stays, it is visible and can be exported, but records cannot be created or changed until the next payment. If the company has no more than three people, it simply returns to the free plan and keeps working without limits. Data is never deleted.
7. Personal data and privacy
We collect only what the service cannot work without: a name or login, an email address, the company name and the content you create yourself (tasks, checklists, files, messages). Card details never reach us — they are entered and stored by the bank on its own payment page. Company data is isolated at the database level: a member of one company cannot see another company's data. Some processing is done by external processors: BC “Moldova Agroindbank” S.A. for payments, Cloudinary for images and attachments, and speech recognition providers for voice commands if you use them. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. On request to [email protected] we will export your data or delete the account. Processing follows Law No. 133/2011 of the Republic of Moldova on the protection of personal data.
