ONE TEAM DAY
Features
One day in your team's life, from the plan to a paid invoice: the morning board, a site inspection, a conversation inside a task, the evening digest and the bill.
01 — PLAN
Morning: projects and statuses.
Four statuses — New, In Progress, Review, Done. The model takes ten seconds to grasp, and there is nothing to configure for your team.
Only the manager sets Done: quality control is built into the process instead of living in a separate spreadsheet.
02 — WORK
Daytime: tasks and checklists.
Routine site inspections run on a checklist: items, answers, photos straight from the phone.
Answers are immutable — a log you can still trust six months later, when a dispute comes up.
03 — TALK
The conversation lives in the task.
Messages arrive instantly, like in a messenger. The difference is where they stay: on the task card, next to the due date and the photos.
A month later nobody has to reassemble what was agreed from a WhatsApp group, private messages and email — it sits where the work is.
04 — CONTROL
Evening: notifications and Telegram.
Notifications come to the app and to Telegram — each into its own forum topic, not as one shared feed in a single chat.
At 19:00 the digest arrives: what was done, what is waiting for review, what is overdue. The manager sees the team's day without opening the tracker.
05 — MONEY
The day adds up in money.
Time is logged on tasks as the work happens, not from memory at the end of the month. The invoice is built from a period: service lines, hours, amounts.
"What did this project cost" stops being an argument — the answer comes from a table, not from a chat history.
06 — PLATFORM
Where all of this lives.
In the browser, in the app for macOS and Windows with native notifications, and in Telegram. One version number for everything — updates arrive together.
The board is open over MCP — which means your AI assistant can read it: it picks up tasks and reports on progress itself.
