How hard is it? We are not IT people
One board and four statuses. There is nothing to configure: create a project, add people, create a task. If your team writes to each other in WhatsApp, it will manage here — the interface is simpler than a group chat.
What do I see right after signing up
An empty board and a "new task" field. No setup wizards, no ten-step invitations, no product tours: the first task takes a minute, and the team can come later.
Can I move data from another tracker
We move tasks and projects by hand or on request — write to us on Telegram and we will look at your export format.
What about limits on files and photos
Up to 10 MB per file. Checklist photos are compressed on the phone, so a twenty-item site inspection fits within the limit.
How is payment for a team calculated
By the number of active people per month. When someone leaves, you remove them from the team and they stop counting.
What is MCP and why would I need it
It is how you give your AI assistant access to the board: it reads tasks, marks progress and writes reports itself. If you do not use AI assistants, the feature simply stays off and gets in nobody's way.
What happens after the trial
The board stays and your data goes nowhere. Without payment the team drops to Solo mode: tasks and chat keep working, and the paid sections stay locked until you pay.
Where is the data stored and who has access to it
On servers managed by Merxion; only the technical team has access to the database.
